Please read our terms and conditions very carefully before placing your order. By using our website (www.fmlondon.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Using Our Website
You are responsible for the maintenance / confidentiality of your account and password and all responsibilities relating to your online account.
You must provide us with accurate address details. Should there be any changes to your delivery address, please inform us immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse you access to our website, cancel orders, edit and/or remove content at our discretions should we feel the need to do so.
You must not use the website in any way that causes any form of disruption or damage.
You understand that you (and not Fm London Wholesale Cosmetics), are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us.
You must not use the website for any of the following:
• For fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
• to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right.
• to send, use or reuse any material that is otherwise injurious to third parties, objectionable or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or "spam".
• To cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety
Stock and Prices
We have taken great care to ensure that the website is updated as often as possible.
Products/shades/and prices are subject to change at any time. However, we will endeavour to inform you prior to dispatch of any price changes
All prices shown are in Pound Sterling (GBP). With an approximate value in Euros shown for convenience.
The current rate of VAT is to be applied on all products, subject to normal international exemption rules.
Payments are accepted by standard credit card (2% surcharge) or debit card (no charge). Delivery is to the billing address only. Charges are not processed until your order is dispatched.
Errors and omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed, Fm London Wholesale Cosmetics accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
Your order will be sent to the address you have provided us with. Should there be a change of address, you must notify us immediately. We will try our utmost best to send your order out at the earliest time possible, however, due to the nature of our business (cash and carry mail order) when we experience high volume of orders, this will not be the case. However, we will inform you if your order is subject to any appreciable delay.
Damages / Returns
Should any items received be damaged in transit or you have any order discrepancies, you have 48 hours upon receipt of the goods to notify us. After this we reserve the right to not issue a refund. All items purchased are non - refundable. We, as a business, do not accept the term of items bought on a “sale or return basis”. Any items to be returned must only be returned once you have informed us of doing so. Any items that are returned must be done so in their original packaging and must be sent to us in fine condition. If not, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. However, should you not be satisfied with any goods you have received, please let us know so that we can find a suitable solution.
Should you wish to cancel/ edit or remove any items from your order after it has been sent to us, you must contact us immediately.

Clothing - Terms & Conditions
All goods remain the property of Fm London Wholesale until paid for in full. If you wish to remove/change Items on your order that have already been paid for these for will incur a 25% plus VAT restocking and administration fee.
Goods are supplied under strict condition that all chain store labels and markings are removed before resale; this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of goods whose name or company name is printed on the sales invoice.
Tags & Labels
As we are a clearance dealer, garments may be supplied with cut or marked labels or labels removed to comply with UK law requirements. Please view the full details of each product, where the label and/or tag status will be listed.
Ordering from for the first time
If you are ordering from us for the first time, we may need to conduct checks to confirm your identity as a fraud preventative measure. All unsecure payments from first time buyers will be scrutinised for legitimacy. Your payment will be unsecure if...
• You pay by credit or debit card and your payment either fails the 3D Secure checks or you are not enrolled for 3D Secure (in cases such as this we can only ship your order to the address to which the card used is registered)
• You pay by PayPal and are outside of the UK, or if your PayPal address is UNCONFIRMED (please note, we can only ship your order to the address provided by PayPal at the time of placing your order)
Whilst we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours, please be aware that this is not always possible during busier periods. However, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days if you are in the UK. Please be aware that this does not include weekends, bank holidays and Christmas also orders placed overnight will not start the process until the next working day.
If you pay using PayPal we can only ship to the registered PayPal address. If you pay via bank transfer we will ship to any address you provide us with. Credit and Debit card payments can be shipped anywhere you choose provided your card payment passes the 3D secure security checks. If your card is not enrolled for 3D Secure we will only ship to the address the card is registered to.
Shipping is charged per box on our website. We can usually fit around 100 lightweight adults’ garments in a box. If you are ordering heavy or bulky items such as sweaters or jackets/coats for example, this quantity will reduce, if you are ordering children’s garments this quantity will probably increase. Our website should automatically calculate the correct number of boxes required to ship your order and charge accordingly. On the rare occasion shipping has been under calculated, we may need to contact you for an additional payment to cover the shipping.
We ship to most of mainland Europe and Ireland: the cost varies from country to country. For shipping costs see our Shipping Rates page. If your destination is not listed, then unfortunately we do not ship there. However you are very welcome to arrange your own shipping direct from our warehouse, please mention this in the customer notes section during the checkout process. We can also deliver your order to a shipping agent of your choice within a country we do deliver to, for onward shipping to your intended address. You will need to arrange and confirm that your shipping agent is happy to accept your delivery. All our Stores Clothing will not be liable for shipping costs or customs charges incurred beyond the agreed delivery address stated on the order.
Tax For Shipping Outside of the EU
VAT will be charged at the UK rate of 20%. Once we receive proof that the goods have been delivered to your final destination outside of the EU, we can credit any VAT you have been charged and refund this amount back to you. Please be aware that any VAT element will not be removed until we receive these documents.
We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfers. Goods are not picked until payment has been received in full at this end. It is important that your payment reaches us swiftly to ensure you receive all the items on your order. Please be aware that we may need to conduct further checks to confirm your identity as a fraud preventative measure - for more information on this, please see the section above titled Ordering from FmLondon for the first time.
Important Information regarding Sizes and Colour Variations we Supply
Sizes and colours displayed on our website are a guideline only. You may not always get a perfect size ratio or colour spread. We are a CLEARANCE WHOLESALER, we buy clearance garments which are not always supplied in perfect ratios or colour breakdowns. We do however try and provide a good variety of sizes and colours were possible. Because we are a CLEARANCE WHOLESALER, we are able to give you very low prices, prices you would not get if you were to purchase from a wholesaler that buys and sells perfect size and colour ratios.
No returns are accepted on mixed parcels, these are sold as a job lot, if unsure prior to purchase we suggest you pick from our individual stock range.
Claims for Damages or Shortages
Claims for damages or shortages must be informed to us in writing within 2 working days of you receiving the goods - Your claim will not be recognised if you fail to inform us after this time. We do not deal with situations of this nature over the telephone as these are the kind of things that are handled during quieter periods when the workload is not as heavy. We will accept notification via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please ensure you include your order number and product codes as this is important and saves time and any confusion during our investigations. Credit notes will be issued for damages or shortages. Please note CREDIT NOTES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used against a future order.
Returns are not accepted apart from the rare occasion of faulty goods. Returns must be sent at your own cost unless it is our mistake, damaged or faulty. We must give you authorisation prior to you returning goods otherwise your delivery will be refused. Credit notes will be issued for returned goods, please note CREDIT NOTES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used against a future order.
In some exceptional circumstances we may authorise you to return your garments if they are not damaged or faulty but please be aware that returns will incur a 25% plus VAT restocking and administration fee. This does not apply to items we sent in error, damages or faults.
Sale – Multi buy- Reduced Items - Vouchers
Our general rule on promotional sales, multi buy lines, reduced prices and vouchers is that a customer can only use one offer per order. During sale periods any products which were previously offered as a multi buy discount or reduced in prices, are excluded from the sale. Multiple deals cannot be used in conjunction with a sale to receive multiple discounts. Discount vouchers are also excluded from being used in conjunction with a sale. Should an error occur when multiple savings have been applied to an order, we reserve the right to amend your order and give you the highest value discount only.
